Welcome to Shefi! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shefi platform (the "Platform"), including any related websites, mobile applications, content, and services offered by Shefi (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Shefi disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Shefi be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Shefi. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Users of the Services are expected to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up.
• Keep their login credentials confidential and secure.
• Refrain from using the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including any activities that violate intellectual property rights or spread harmful content, malware, or spam.Shefi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content available on the Shefi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shefi or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Shefi.

If you post or upload any content to the Platform, such as comments, feedback, or course submissions (collectively, "User-Generated Content"), you grant Shefi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content and must ensure that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shefi regarding your use of the Services.
