All content available on the Shefi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shefi or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Shefi.
If you post or upload any content to the Platform, such as comments, feedback, or course submissions (collectively, "User-Generated Content"), you grant Shefi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Content and must ensure that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable laws.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
